What we coordinate
Supplier Selection
Requirements are matched to Indian manufacturing partners capable of the product, quantity and quality level.
Product Specification
Shape, body, glaze, decoration, dimensions and tolerances recorded in a written specification before production.
Manufacturing Coordination
Production scheduling and follow-up with the partner unit, with progress reported to the buyer.
Quality Inspection
Visual, dimensional and packing checks against the approved sample; third-party inspection coordinated on request.
Testing & Documentation
Product-specific testing and documentation available according to buyer and destination-market requirements.
Export Packaging
Inner protection, master cartons, palletisation and buyer carton marking planned per product and destination.
FCL / LCL Coordination
Full-container and consolidated LCL options reviewed against order size and agreed Incoterms.
Export Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list and standard export paperwork prepared; additional documents arranged on request.
Product-specific testing and documentation available according to buyer and destination-market requirements.
Quality control approach
Specification Sign-off
Approved samples and written specifications form the reference for bulk production. Tolerances are agreed before the order is placed.
In-Production Review
Progress is reviewed with the partner unit during production. Findings are shared with the buyer where they affect specification or timeline.
Pre-Shipment Checks
Visual, dimensional and packing checks are coordinated before dispatch. Third-party inspection can be arranged at buyer cost on request.
Testing & Certification
Test reports and certifications relevant to your market can be arranged on request through accredited laboratories, subject to product and cost confirmation.
Compliance & Testing
Testing arranged against the requirements of your market.
Food-Contact Testing
For tableware, hotelware and serveware intended for food contact, testing can be arranged through accredited laboratories against the standard applicable to your destination market.
Lead & Cadmium Testing
Lead and cadmium release testing on glazed and decorated surfaces can be arranged per production lot, at buyer cost, with reports issued by the testing laboratory.
Third-Party Inspection
Inspection by an agency of the buyer's choice can be coordinated at the partner unit before dispatch, including AQL sampling on request.
Destination-Market Requirements
Share the regulations, marking and documentation your market requires and we will confirm with the production partner what can be met for that order.
We do not hold or claim BIS registration, QCO coverage or any other certification unless an actual applicable certificate exists for the product concerned. Where a certificate or test report is required, we confirm with the production partner what can be obtained, the cost and the timeline, before the order is placed.
Export process

Packing
Inner protection, master cartons and palletisation planned per product fragility and destination handling. Buyer carton marking supported.

Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list and standard export paperwork prepared by our export desk. Additional market-specific documents arranged on request.

Freight Coordination
Sea and air freight coordinated with forwarders against agreed Incoterms. FCL and consolidated LCL options reviewed per order size.

Dispatch Updates
Booking, container stuffing and dispatch milestones reported to the buyer through to shipment.
Certifications, test reports and compliance documentation are Available on Request and confirmed per product and destination market. We do not claim certifications that have not been issued for a specific order.
